We have been providing plan management services to NDIS clients since the scheme commenced in 2016. We recently completed separate surveys of our clients and the service providers and we achieved amazing results.

clients say
We all lead extremely busy lives these days, none of us seem to have enough time, so we were blown away when 67% of our client base responded to our recent survey, an amazing survey response rate. Here’s what our clients told us:
- 100% of our clients were ‘Very satisfied’ with our plan management services
- 100% noted that we met clients’ needs ‘Extremely well’ or ‘very well’
- 100% of our clients found using our plan management services ‘Very easy/easy’

We surveyed the service provider that our clients most frequently use, and we were again amazed when we achieved a survey response rate of 61%. Here’s what service providers told us:
- 81% were ‘Very satisfied’ with our payment services
- 82% of providers felt that our speed of payments was ‘Significantly quicker/quicker’ when compared to other Plan Managers
- 91% of Providers felt their needs were met by us ‘Extremely well/very well’
- 82% of providers felt that it was ‘Very easy/easy’ doing business with us
- 100% of Providers noted that we were ‘Extremely responsive/very responsive’ in responding to their questions
